Abstract
U teoretskom dijelu ovoga rada opisani su polimerni materijali, njihova podjela i mehanička svojstva koja ih karakteriziraju. Opširnije su opisani konstrukcijski plastomeri koji se koriste u sanitarnoj tehnici, točnije poli(metil-metakrilat) i akrilonitril/butadien/stiren, najvažnija svojstva tih polimera, dodaci kojima su oplemenjeni i modificirani, njihova primjena i ponašanje kod izloženosti atmosferskim uvjetima i uvjetima povišenih temperatura. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provodi se statički vlačni pokus na ispitnim uzorcima, točnije epruvetama normiranog oblika i dimenzija. Ispituju se poli(metil-metakrilat) oplemenjen dibutil ftalatom i butil akrilatom, Perspex poli(metil-metakrilat) i akrilonitril/butadien/stiren. U nastavku rada provedena je analiza i usporedba dobivenih rezultata s obzirom na zahtijevane vrijednosti statičkog vlačnog pokusa.
Abstract (english)
The polymeric materials, distribution and characteristics of their mechanical properties are described in theoretical part of this work. Engineering thermoplastics used in sanitary technique are more described, precisely, poly(methyl methacrylate) and acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene, the most important properties of this polymers, accessories with which are refined and modified, their usage and behaviour under atmospheric conditions and high temperature conditions. In the experimental part of work we conduct a static tensile test on examples, precisely on tubes, which have standard shape and dimensions. Poly(methyl methacrylate) refined with dibutyl phthalate and butyl acrylate, Perspex poly(methyl methacrylate) and acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene are examined. An analysis and comparison of the obtained results with regard to the required values are performed in continuation of this work.
