Abstract
Graviranje je stara, no ne i izumrla disciplina. Kako se tehnologija, razvijala tako je i ta grana umjetnosti dobila moderne primjene.Graviranje je jedna od obrada odvajanjem čestica. Aditivna proizvodnja je tehnologija koja je u zadnjih par godina doživjela velike napretke i popularnost te se smatra tehnologijom budućnosti. Smanjenje potrošenje materijala te sve veća kvaliteta i mogućnost izrade raznih oblika daje toj tehnologiji u nekim primjenama prednost ispred klasičnihih metoda kao što su tehnologije obradom odvajanja čestica. FDM tehnologija je jedna od najzastupljenijih aditivnih postupaka. U ovom radu je opisana povijest, vrste graviranja , mogućnost CNC graviranja te vrste materijala koji se mogu gravirati. Opisani su 3D pisači kao i tehnologije aditivne proizvodnje. U okviru ovog završnog rada izrađen je prototip svjetlećeg panoa primjenom FDM tehnologije, CNC graviranja i izradom jednostavnog strujnog kruga.
Abstract (english)
Engraving is an old but not extinct discipline. As technology has developed, this branch of art has also got a modern application. Engraving is one of the processes by separating the particles. Additive manufacturing is the technology that has been experiencing great advances and popularity over the past couple of years and is considered to be the technology of the future. Reducing consumption of materials and increasing quality and the ability to make different shapes gives this technology an advantage in front of classical methods such as particle separation technology. FDM technology is one of the most prominent additive processes. This final paper describes history, types of engraving, CNC engraving and types of engraving materials. 3D printers as well as additive technology are described. Within this final paper, a prototype of the iluminated panel was developed by using FDM technology, CNC engraving and simple circuit design.
