Abstract
Pojam održavanje obuhvaća sve aktivnosti koje se koriste da bi neki sustav bio u ispravnom stanju. Primjenom različitih strategija i modela održavanja razvijenih kroz povijest, poduzeća formiraju specifične načine održavanja svojih postrojenja. Cilj ovog rada je opisati načine održavanja, različite strategije i prikazati primjer održavanja u poduzeću KM Croatia. U uvodnom dijelu rada definiran je pojam održavanja i značenje održavanja u industriji, kao i razvoj te podjela načina održavanja, prvenstveno na korektivno i preventivno, a zatim detaljnije. Definirane su značajke, tehnologije održavanja kao i utjecaj informacijskih sustava. Rad opisuje princip i karakteristike elektroerozijske obrade žicom kako bi se u posljednjem, praktičnom dijelu rada, prvotno opisana teorija održavanja mogla primijeniti na erozimatu AgieCharmilles CUT 30 P u tvrtki KM Croatia. Posebna pozornost pridana je tehničkoj dokumentaciji stroja i preporučenim intervalima preventivnog održavanja od strane proizvođača kako bi se prikazao utjecaj na strategiju održavanja.
Abstract (english)
The term maintenance includes all activities that are used to keep a system in a working state. With use of different strategies and models of maintenance developed through history, companies form specific ways of maintaining their facilities. The aim of this paper is to describe different ways of maintenance, strategies, and to show an example of maintenance in KM Croatia. The introductory part of the paper defines the term of maintenance and its meaning in the industry, as well as classification of maintenance, primarily on correcitve and preventive, then in more detail. Features, technologies as well as influence of information systems are defined. The paper describes the principle and characteristics of wire electrical discharge machining so that the theory of maintenance could be applied in the last part of the paper on a erosion machine AgieCharmilles CUT 30 P in KM Croatia. Special attention was given to the machines technical documentation and manufacturers recommended intervals of preventive maintenance to show its impact on the strategy of maintenance.
