Abstract
Od davnina čovjek teži ka tome da se zaštiti od nepoželjnih i štetnih utjecaja od strane majke prirode, a i od strane ostatka čovječanstva. Sigurnost više nije potreba pojedinca već je postala potreba cijele zajednice, te je to čini jednim od važnijih čovjekovih životnih prioriteta. U ovom radu opisana je sigurnost prehrambene industrije, koja je neophodna za opstanak civilizacije. Da bi se osigurao sam rad određenog gospodarskog subjekta te njegovih zaposlenika, ali i zaštita samog objekta od nepoželjnih događaja poput krađa i požara, sigurnost mora biti na što višoj razini. Osim danih opisa o općenitom stanju sigurnosti spomenute prehrambene tvrtke, u radu se spominje i analiza slučaja smrtnog stradavanja vanjskih suradnika tvrtke koji su obavljali specifičnu djelatnost, pa i iznenadni nastanak požara koji se dogodio unutar kruga tvrtke.
Abstract (english)
From time immemorial, man has strived to protect himself from undesirable and harmful influences by mother nature, and by the rest of humanity. Security is no longer a need of the individual but has become a need of the whole community, and this makes it one of the most important human life priorities. This paper describes the safety of the food industry, which is necessary for the survival of civilization. In order to ensure the work of a certain economic entity and its employees, but also the protection of the facility from adverse events such as theft and fire, security must be as high as possible. In addition to the given descriptions of the general safety situation of the mentioned food company, the paper also mentions the case of death of external associates of the company who performed a specific activity, as well as the sudden fire that occurred within the company.
