Abstract
Ovaj rad napravljen je na temu metodičkog konstruiranja kalupa za injekcijsko prešanje konkretnog polimernog otpreska. Objašnjen je pojam injekcijskog prešanja kao i sastavni dijelovi koji čine jedan takav sustav. Najvažniji element u sustavu za injekcijsko prešanje je kalup, stoga su objašnjeni svi njegovi dijelovi i funkcije koje obavljaju. Metodički pristup konstruiranja kalupa olakšava konstruktoru donošenje pojedinih konstrukcijskih rješenja te provođenje numeričkog i analitičkog proračuna kalupa. U radu je korišten računalni program PTC Creo te standardni elementi kalupa tvrtke HASCO.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the methodical design of molds for injection molding of polymer parts. The injection molding process is explained as well as the comprising parts of an injection molding system. The most important part of an injection molding system is the mold, therefore all its parts and their functions are explained. The methodical approach of mold design facilitates individual design solutions and numerical and analytical mold calculations for the designer. In this thesis, the computer application PTC Creo and the standard mold elements from the company HASCO are used.
