Abstract
U ovom završnom radu pojašnjen je način rada zatvorskog sustava Republike Hrvatske sa stajališta i posebnim osvrtom na logistički sustav upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Rad polazi od osnovnih pojmova logistike, podjela i usredotočuje se na posebnosti odnosa tržišta rada i potreba pravosudne policije. Prikazana je zakonska hijerarhija zajedno sa objektivnim ograničenjima zbog kojih je logistika upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima otežana do razine neizvedivosti uslijed institucionalnih, gospodarskih i političkih ograničenja. Prikazi korišteni u radu preuzeti su iz službenih izvora i provedenog istraživanja
Abstract (english)
This final paper explains the way the prison system of the Republic of Croatia works from the point of view and with special reference to the logistics system of human resources management. The paper starts from the basic concepts of logistics, division and focuses on the specifics of the relationship between the labor market and the needs of the judicial police. The legal hierarchy is presented together with objective limitations due to which the logistics of human resources management is hampered to the level of impracticability due to institutional, economic and political constraints. The presentations used in the paper were taken from official sources and the conducted research.
