Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisana je konstrukcija multikoptera. Opisana je optimizacija konstrukcije sa posebnim naglaskom na topološku optimizaciju te optimizaciju samog oblika konstrukcije. Kako bi se dijelovi konstrukcije mogli konstruirati, u radu su analizirana pretpostavljena opterećenja uslijed samog rada multikoptera te djelovanja naprezanja na različite modele dijelova multikoptera. Zasebno su ispitane statičke simulacije pomaka sa metodom konačnih elemenata kako bi se utvrdilo najbolje rješenje topološke optimizacije. Opisana je aditivna proizvodnja te vrsta 3D printera za izradu konačnih modela multikoptera
Abstract (english)
In this graduate thesis is given the design of multicopter. Structural optimization is described with special emphasis on topology optimization and optimization of the structure itself. In order to be able to design the shape, in thesis are analyzed the assumed loads due to multicopter operation and the influence of stress on different models of multicopter parts. Individually were static simulations tested by the finite element method to determine the best topological optimization solution. Additive manufacturing is described and type of 3D printer used for the production of final models of multicopter.
