Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu prikazano je konstruiranje dvostupne asimetrične vijčane dizalice za podizanje vozila do 3500 kg, u svrhu servisiranja. Dizalica se sastoji od dva nosiva stupa, koji svaki ima po dva kraka različite duljine. Prijenos gibanja s motora na vreteno vrši se pomoću zupčastog para, koji ima ulogu reduktora. Prijenos gibanja s jednog vretena na drugo ostvaruje se lančanim prijenosom. Prema projektnim zahtjevima napravljen je analitički proračun svih potrebnih komponenti i nosive konstrukcije dvostupne dizalice. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata projektiran je CAD model. Za proračun nosive konstrukcije asimetrične dvostupne vijčane dizalice, izradu CAD modela i tehničke dokumentacije korišten je programski paket CATIA V5.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the design of a two post asymmetric spindle for lifting vehicles up to 3500 kg, for the purpose of servicing, is presented. The lift consists of two supporting pillars, each with two arms of different lengths. The transmission of motion from the motor to the spindle is done by means of a gear pair, which acts as a reducer. The transmission of motion from one spindle to another is accomplished by chain transmission. According to the design requirements, an analytical calculation of all necessary components and load-bearing structures of the two post lift was made. Based on the obtained results, a CAD model was designed. The CATIA V5 software package was used for the calculation of the load-bearing structure of the asymmetric two post spindle, creation of the CAD model and production of technical documentation.
