Abstract
U ovom radu obrađena je tema vezana uz CNC alatne strojeve, a sami rad baziran je na CNC glodalici i obradi nosača. Glodalice su alatni strojevi na kojima se materijal obrađuje rezanjem, odnosno skidanjem strugotine. Suvremene glodalice koriste najmoderniju tehnologiju te programe za modeliranje strojnih dijelova. Primjena takve informacijske tehnologije u suvremenim industrijskim procesima omogućuje efikasnije planiranje proizvodnog procesa na CNC strojevima. Što je nekada trajalo dugo i bilo složeno, danas je primjenom pametnih softverskih rješenja postalo brzo i lako. Korištenjem računala na upravljačkim jedinicama CNC strojeva, smanjuje se vrijeme za izradu programa, te se stvara preduvjet za efikasniju i fleksibilniju proizvodnju.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic related to CNC machine tools, and the work itself is based on CNC milling and machining brackets. Milling machines are machine tools on which the material is processed by cutting or removing shavings. Modern milling machines use the most modern technology and programs for modeling machine parts. The application of such information technology in modern industrial processes enables more efficient planning of the production process on CNC machines. What used to take a long time and was complex, today it has become quick and easy with the application of smart software solutions. By using computers on the control units of CNC machines, the time for creating the program is reduced, and a precondition is created for more efficient and flexible production.
