Abstract
Završni rad obuhvaća analizu konstrukcije stezne naprave za završnu obradu kompresorske, rotorske lopatice na 5 osnoj glodalici. Završna obrada sastoji se od odrezivanja viška materijala na vrhu lista, na vrhu noge, te bušenje utora u nozi lopatice. Ukratko će se opisati stroj na kojem se vrši obrada. U radu će biti prikazani nacrti naprave, uključujući 3D model, sve će biiti nacrtano u AutoCAD-u. Svaki sastavni dio sadrži tehnički opis sa detaljnim objašnjenjem funkcije i međusobnog djelovanja svakog od dijelova.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis captures complete analysis and design of one clamping device for final processing of compressor rotor blade using 5-axis milling machine. Final processing is composed of cuting off excess material from both ends of the blade, and drilling a hole in the footer of the blade. Used milling machine will be briefly described. Thesis contains clamping device blueprints, device 3D model, everything is drawn in AutoCAD software. Every device component contains it’s own technical description with detailing it’s function and interaction of every part.
