Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je robotsko poliranje. Cilj rada je prikazati razvoj robota kroz povijest te razvoj i primjenu robota u medicinskoj, industrijskoj, vojnoj, zabavnoj, uslužnoj i svemirskoj industriji. U uvodnom dijelu opisat će se razlozi zbog kojih se sve više koriste i uvode roboti, u sljedećem poglavlju će biti prikazan razvoj robota i robotike kroz povijest. Treće poglavlje donosi prikaz industrijskih manipulatora kroz vrste i primjenu, zavarivanje, poliranje i sortiranje. U četvrtom poglavlju navedeno je poliranje zatvarača pištolja uz pomoć industrijskog manipulatora robotske ruke, uz detaljan opis postupka poliranja. I na kraju dolazi zaključak koji predstavlja sintezu svih prethodnih poglavlja.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is robot polishing. The aim of this paper is to present the development of robots through the history of development and application of robots in the medical, industrial, military, entertainment, service and space industries. The introductory part will describe the reasons why robots are increasingly used and run, the next chapter will show the development of robots and robotics throughout history. The third chapter provides an overview of industrial manipulators through types and applications, welding, polishing and sorting. The fourth chapter describes the polishing of the gun shutter with the help of an industrial manipulator robotic arm, with a detailed description of the polishing procedure. And finally comes the conclusion that represents a synthesis of all the previous chapters.
