Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je uviđanje osnova prijenosnika snage koje često susrećemo, te detaljni prikaz i opis čelnika s ravnim zubima. U početnom dijelu opisujem prijenosnike kao jednu cjelinu, a zatim slijedi detaljniji uvod u čelnike s ravnim zubima i njihovoj primjeni. Napisan je proračun pomaka zuba za zadane čelnike te opisano zašto se isti izrađuju. Uz to se opisuju detalji koji su važni za čelnike, te vrste prijenosnika, njihove specifičnosti i materijali od kojih se izrađuju. Izrađeni su i tehnička dokumentacija i stvarni model čelnika: nacrt u programu SolidWorks i 3d printani čelnik u kućištu pomoću 3d printera modela Original Prusa Mini+.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this final work is getting acquainted with the power carriers we most often encounter and a detailed presentation and description of the leader with straight teeth. The initial part describes the power carriers as a whole, after which follows a more detailed introduction to leaders with straight teeth and their application. A tooth displacement calculation for the given leaders was also written and why they are made. In addition, details are described that are important for leaders, types of carriers, their specifics and materials from which they are made. In addition, a blueprint and a real model have been drafted for this type of leader: blueprint in the Solidworks program and a 3d printed model using a 3d Printer model Original Prusa Mini+.
