Abstract
Završni rad bavi se dijelovima poslova logistike na gradilištu podzemnog dijela zgrade B u Špansko Sjever. Logistički dio poslova koji su potrebni na gradilištu počinju s planiranjem, nabavom, skladištenjem, distribucijom po gradilištu, a sve je potrebno vremenski uskladiti sa radnim procesima, brojem, potrebnim stručnim radnicima i radnom opremom. Logistika je oduvijek bila najbitniji dio u realizaciji projekata iz bilo koje djelatnosti, s njom se može pratiti realizacija projekta, troškovi, uštede, rok realizacije jer je sve povezano s logistikom. Od izrade troškovnika za projekt, suradnje sa nabavom za potrebe sredstava za realizaciju projekta do ljudskih resursa za osiguranje potrebnih stručnjaka za izvedbu projekta. Rezultat je završetak projekta u roku, s točno planiranim troškovima i sa ostvarenom dobiti.
Abstract (english)
The final work deals with parts of the logistics work on the construction site of the overground part of the building B in Špansko Sjever. The logistical part of the work required on the construction site begins with planning, procurement, warehousing, distribution on the construction site, and everything needs to be time-aligned with the work processes, number, required professional workers and work equipment. Logistics has always been the most important part in the realization of projects from any activity, it can be used to monitor the realization of the project, costs, savings, deadline, because everything is related to logistics. From the preparation of cost estimates for the project, cooperation with procurement for the needs of funds for project implementation to human resources to provide the necessary experts for project implementation. The result is the completion of the project on time, with exactly planned costs and with the realized profit.
