Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objasniti pojmove „pristupačnost“ te „univerzalni dizajn“ radnog mjesta za računalom. Pobliže objasniti što bi točno značio pojam „ univerzalno radno mjesto“, kako se on postiže, koje su prednosti, a koji nedostaci ukoliko ih ima. Također cilj je objasniti kako poslodavci mogu omogućiti osobi sa određenim nedostatkom sigurno i jednostavno radno mjesto uz napredak današnje tehnologije, kako svim osobama, bile one osobe sa nedostatkom ili ne, omogućiti nesmetan i normalan rad. Na samom kraju cilj će biti pokušati dočarati jedno radno mjesto, njegove prednosti prema osobi sa nedostatkom i mogućnosti poboljšanja prilagođavanja radnog mjesta takvoj osobi.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this word was to explain terms „accessibility“ and „universal design“ of computer workplace. Explain in more detail what exactly the term "universal workplace" would mean, how it is achieved, what are the advantages and what are the disadvantages if any. The aim is also to explain how employers can enable a person with a certain disability to work a safe and simple workplace with the advancement of today's technology, both to enable all persons, whether those with a defect or not, to work smoothly and normally. And ultimately try to conjure up one workplace, its advantages to a person with a disadvantage and the ability to improve the adaptation of the workplace to such a person.
