Abstract
Prijevoz opasnih tvari zahtjeva više opreza i posebne mjere prilikom rukovanja i prijevoza. U nastavku rada biti će opisane klase opasnih tvari, zakonska regulativa kojom se propisuju uvjeti i način prijevoza opasnih tvari, definirat će se i klasificirati opasne tvari prema Europskom sporazumu o međunarodnom cestovnom prijevozu opasnih tvari (engl. European Agreement Concercing the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road - ADR). Također, navesti će se posebne mjere sigurnosti kod prijevoza opasnih tvari i postupak u slučaju nesreće ili neželjenog događaja. Opasne tvari svakodnevno susrećemo u prometu, međutim sam prijevoz opasnih tvari može biti iznimno opasan i štetan za ljude i okoliš ukoliko se prijevoz ne obavlja na siguran način te ukoliko se ne pridržava uputa i propisa o njihovom prijevozu. Podaci za izradu završnog rada prikupljat će se iz različitih sekundarnih izvora, kao što su internetske stranice, knjige, časopisi i sl.
Abstract (english)
Transportation of dangerous goods requires more caution and special measures during handling and transportation. In the continuation of the work, the classes of dangerous goods will be described, the legal regulations prescribing the conditions and method of transporting dangerous goods, dangerous goods will be defined and classified according to the European Agreement Concering the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods. by Road - ADR). Also, special safety measures for the transportation of dangerous goods and the procedure in the event of an accident or adverse event will be specified. We encounter dangerous substances in traffic every day, however, the transport of dangerous substances can be extremely dangerous and harmful for people and the environment if the transport is not carried out in a safe manner and if the instructions and regulations on their transport are not followed. Data for the preparation of the final paper will be collected from various secondary sources, such as websites, books, magazines, etc.
