Abstract
U ovom radu pisana je organizacija Hrvatskih šuma d.o.o. te organizacija zaštite na radu unutar organizacije. Istaknuto je kako se provodi i tko provodi kontrolu zaštite na radu unutar i van organizacije. Također se ističe što se uvodi kako bi se osiguralo kontinuirano provođenje mjera zaštite na radu i odgovorno djelovanje radnika, odnosno kako bi se potakla njihova motivacija za provođenje mjera. U radu se istražuje kako je poslodavac osigurao siguran rad na radnim mjestima s posebnim uvjetima rada te kakav je učinak svih provedenih mjera i kontrola prema primjeru UŠP Bjelovar..
Abstract (english)
This paper will describe the organization in Hrvatske šume d.o.o. and the organization od occupational safety within the organization. It will point out how and who carries out occupational safety control inside and outside of the organization. It will also introduce what is implemented to ensure continuous upholding of occupational safety measures and boost responsibility in workers, meaning their motivation to enforce safety measures. It will investigate how the employer insures safe conduct at work place with special working conditions, which is consequently the effect of all implemented measures and control according to the information in UŠP Bjelovar.
