Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazane su osnove CNC glodanja te podjela CNC glodalica. Nadalje je prikazan sustav stezanja, smještaja i izmjene alata i obratka. Prikazane su referentne točke CNC glodalice, te koordinatni sustav glodalice i obratka. U zadnjim poglavljima teorijskog dijela obrađen je izbor alata i tehnološka dokumentacija koja prati postupak glodanja. Praktičnim dijelom rada napravljeno je kućište senzora servo uređaja iz materijala PA 6. Na temelju nacrta u programskom paketu izrađen je 3D model, simulacija obrade i CNC program. Nadalje je prikazan postupak umjeravanja alata i umjeravanja obratka, te postupak glodanja.
Abstract (english)
The basics of CNC milling and the division of CNC milling machines are presented in the theoretical part of the paper . Furthermore, the system of clamping, positioning and changing tools and workpieces are presented. The reference points of the CNC milling machine and the coordinate system of the milling machine and the workpiece are shown. In the last chapters of the theoretical part, the choice of tools and the technological documentation that accompanies the milling process are being discussed. As a practical part of the work, the case of the servo device sensor was made from PA 6 material. Based on the blueprint in the software package a 3D model, processing simulation and CNC program were created. Furthermore, the tool and workpiece calibration procedure, as well as the milling procedure are being presented.
