Abstract
Proces proizvodnje je jedan od najvažnijeg dijela tehnološkog procesa. Prilikom rada čovjek je izložen opasnostima. Opasnosti na radu su sve pojave koje ugrožavaju život i zdravlje zaposlenika. Da bi uklonili ili smanjili opasnost na najmanju moguću mjeru, potrebno je provoditi sigurnost i zaštitu na radu koja je sastavni dio radnog procesa i osnovni uvjet produktivnosti rada.U ovom završnom radu su prikazane značajke buke i osvjetljenja u tehnološkom procesu proizvodnje metala u metalnoj industriji u Karlovcu. Eksperimentalni dio sastoji se od mjerenja buke i osvjetljenja na radnim mjestima u pogonu za strojnu obradu metala, te dobivene rezultate uspoređujemo s normama dopuštene buke u industriji i norme osvijetljenosti u industriji.
Abstract (english)
The production process is one of the most important part of the technological process. When working man is exposed to hazards. Dangers at work are all phenomena that threaten the life and health of employees. In order to eliminate or reduce the risk to a minimum, it is necessary to implement safety and protection at work, which is an integral part of the work process and the basic requirement in labor productivity. In this final paper presents the characteristics of noise and lighting in the production of metal in the metal industry in Karlovac. The experimental part consists of measurements of noise and lighting in workplaces in operation for machining metals, and compare the results with the norms of permissible noise in the industry standard and the brightness in the industry.
