Abstract
Proizvodni proces temelj je svakog tehnološkog procesa. Važna karika svakog proizvodnog procesa je čovjek. U organiziranom procesu rada čovjek je svakodnevno izloţen opasnostima i štetnostima. Opasnostima na radu smatramo sve što može ugroziti život i zdravlje zaposlenika. Zaštita na radu je sve ono što treba učiniti da bi se stvorila sigurna i zdrava radna okolina. Uvjeti za siguran rad ostvareni su u slučaju kada sredstva rada, čovjek i radna okolina ispunjavaju zahtjeve koji su sukladni s pravilima zaštite na radu te oni kao takvi trajno osiguravaju pravilno funkcioniranje procesa rada. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ovoga rada, na primjeru tvornice Ledo d.d., prikazana je važnost uporabe osobnih zaštitnih sredstava za osobe koje rade na niskim temperaturama kako bi se spriječile ozljede na radu.
Abstract (english)
The production process is the foundation of the technological process. An important link each production process is the man. In an organized working process man is daily exposed to the dangers and hazards. Dangers at work we consider everything that can be a threat to life and health of employees. Safety at work is all that needs to be done to create a safe and healthy work environment. Conditions for safe work have been achieved in the case where the means of labor, man and working environment fulfill the requirements that are consistent with the rules of safety at work and as such they permanently ensure the proper functioning of the work process. In the experimental part of this work, on the example of the company Ledo d.d., shows the importance of using personal protective equipment for people working at low temperatures in order to prevent injuries at work.
