In every business system there is a management department that deals with the planning, organization, management, leading and control of all the resources that the company has available for the purpose of achieving positive results, that is, revenue and ultimately profit. But in times of crisis, crisis management needs to be hired to devise a plan to get out of a difficult situation with as little impact on business as possible. The design of the crisis exit stages is preceded by a clear definition of the crisis stages themselves, that is, the placement of the current state of the company and its current situation - in the appropriate stage of the crisis. Here, the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities of the company (SWOT analysis) are reflected in order to develop a clear plan and properly channel the company's resources. This is a very demanding but very important step towards getting out of the crisis, as the implementation of an inappropriate strategy (operational or strategic) can further undermine the business. Due to the inability to use the real name of the company, a synonym was taken: company "ABC", on the example of which financial indicators were calculated (obtained from the basic financial statements: balance sheets and income statement). This provided a clear picture of ABC's stock based on data from the past three years to identify potential early warning indicators of the crisis.
