The business project is the result of an entrepreneurial idea. A business project is a document where each entrepreneur can avoid potential risks, reduce business costs and realize their goals and achieve the planned profits. This final work shows a business project on the example of the tourist camp, which was created by the idea of the author, and the goal is to explore the cost-effectiveness of opening the camp on the location in Split-dalmatia county, on lake Peruča. Peručalake is an accumulation lake,build on the river Cetina, which besides the beautiful landscape, offers the possibility of practicing various water sports activities such as diving, rowing, fishing etc. In the area of Vrlika, Knin and Sinj, does not exist any camps, so there is a space for the construction of new tourist accommodation capacities, primarily small family camps. All theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the study at the University in Karlovac was applied In writing. The Work is divided into theoretical and accompanying parts, and each of them is conceived in several units. The First part of the work describes the theoretical settings related to the concept of entrepreneurship and business project, while the second part of the final work describes and elaborates the business project on the example of the tourist camp. Due to the relatively high overall cost of building a camp, especially in the part of buying mobile homes and the construction glamping tent, the construction of the camp will be accessed in phases, i.e. only those contents that are necessary for obtaining the usable Permits as well as the possibility of categorizing the campsite. The Acquisition of mobile homes itself, as well as the tent glamping will be accessed later and gradually, during the business and in the fifth year of business. All this in order to reduce the credit resources as much as it can, and to make the procurement of the same as far as the own resources.
