Despite the efforts it is not possible to achieve absolute security at working environment. The role of engineers-safety experts is very important in the prevention of occupational diseases in particular in health care institutions. Health workers, doctors, nurses, support staff and others are in constant danger of occupational diseases. While there has been much progress in addressing the challenges of occupational diseases they still cause great suffering and loss in the world of employment. Technological and social changes, together with global economic conditions, are worsening existing health hazards and create new ones. Until now a well-known disease, such as pneumoconiosis, is still widespread; however a new disease, such as mental and musculoskeletal disorders is increasing. Pneumoconiosis is common occupational respiratory diseases and there are also new, as for example silicotuberculosis, one relatively new occupational disease, which is increasing world wide and it is associated with other lung diseases, particularly tuberculosis. With the joint effort of governments and organizations of employers and workers should unite in the fight against occupational diseases. Only if all of the above would be involved actively in developing the prevention of occupational diseases, especially respiratory diseases, it is possible to stop this hidden epidemic, of which die annually globally millions of people.
