Gardist Brewery is small independent craft brewery located in the area of Međimurje. Founder and owner of the brewery is Vedran Bais. At the beginning of the brewery business, the brewery will produce two permanent beer styles: Gardist Imperial IPA and Gardist Amber ale. With the strengthening of the brand and stabilization of the brewery on the market, Gardist Brewery goes to the campaign of the seasonal beer, which means that the brewery will launch a new beer style every 3 months. The goal of this campaign is to familiarize consumers with a variety of beer styles. The capacity of the brewery is 660 liters of wort per brewing and 7.000 liters of finished beer per month. The brewery will employ three workers, two brewmaster and one assistant. The product price will be based on production and distribution costs and demand. The beer will be fill in the keg and served exclusively as a draft beer. Marketing will be based on the Internet through social networks and promotions at local events. The overall value of the project is 1.577.624,00 kn. The project will be financed from its own sources and a bank loan.
