Abstract
U svojem završnom radu bavit ću se razradom osnovnih transportnih sustava za unutrašnje i vanjsko skladištenje robe te razne načine transportiranja materijala u procesnoj industriji ovisno o zahtjevima i potrebama tržišta te proizvodnih procesa. U uvodnom dijelu osvrnut ću se na značajke transportnog materijala i tok materijala te podjelu transportnih sistema (odnosno transportera) u industriji. Konkretnije, objasnit ću osnovne pojmove vezane uz prekrcajnu mehanizaciju i njihove načine rada. U završnom dijelu ovog rada napravljena je konkretna razrada trakastih transportera. Objašnjen je njihov princip rada te podjela s obzirom na transportirani materijal. Također, izrađen je i konstrukcijski primjer za transport sipkog materijala (pijeska) u tvornici staklene ambalaže. Na kraju, na osnovu svega navedenog u ovom radu dan je zaključak na temu transportnih sustava u industriji
Abstract (english)
In this my final work, I will explain basic transport system for internal and external storage of goods and various ways of transporting materials in the processing industry depending on the demands and needs of the market and production processes. In the introductory part, I will look at the characteristics of the transport material and material flow and the division of the transport systems (or transporters) into the industry. More specifically, I will explain the basic concepts related to the transverse mechanization and their modes of operation. In the final part of this paper, a concrete construction of belt conveyors has been made. Their principle of operation and division considering to the transported materials are explained. Also, a constructive example was made for transporting bulk materials (sand) in the glass packaging factory. Finally, based on the above, this paper gives a conclusion on the subject of transport systems in the industry.
