Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je postupak TIG zavarivanja konstrukcijskog čelika. Obrađene su prednosti i mane istoga postupka. Dan je prikaz izvedbe postupka TIG zavarivanja. Analizirani su dijelovi, parametri i primjena TIG zavarivanja. Prvo su opisane neke opće karakteristike konstrukcijskog čelika. Nakon toga opisan je TIG postupak zavarivanja. Također su navedene i objašnjene struje koje se koriste za zavarivanje kao i zaštitni plinovi te elektrode koje se koriste. Nakon toga je opisan postupak zavarivanja konstrukcijskih čelika, njihova zavarljivost te parametri zavarivanja i utjecaj tih parametara na zavar. U eksperimentalni dijelu rada prikazao se utjecaj jakosti struje na geometriju i izgled zavara. Napravila se makroskopska i mikroskopska analiza navara.
Abstract (english)
This work describes the TIG welding of structural steel. The advantages and disadvantages of the same procedure are discussed. The day is an illustration of the TIG welding procedure. The parts, parameters and application of TIG welding were analyzed. First, some general characteristics of constructional steel are described. The TIG welding process is also described. The currents used for welding as well as the protective gases and the electrodes used are also listed and explained. Thereafter, the procedure for welding structural steels, their weldability, welding parameters and the influence of these parameters on the weld is described. In the experimental part of the work, the influence of current power on the geometry and appearance of the weld was shown. Macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the weld was performed.
