Abstract
Otpad, posebice komunalni, postaje problem sve većih razmjera. No, uporabom dostupnih digitalnih komunikacijskih kanala stupanj svijesti o problemu otpada se svakim danom povećava. Digitalni komunikacijski kanali omogućuju brzu izmjenu korisnih informacija (informacije o novim pristupima, tehnološkim rješenjima i slično) u borbi protiv povećanja količina otpada. Važnost informiranja, točnije stupanj dostupnosti informacija materijalne oporabe komunalnog otpada jedno je od rješenja problema otpada, te je upravo primjena digitalnih komunikacijskih kanala pri materijalnoj oporabi otpada cilj ovog rada. Uporabom znanstvenih metoda te dostupne stručne literature iz područja strojarstva i informatike te internetskih izvora provedena je analiza na 6 kategorija podataka za 6 digitalnih komunikacijskih kanala za definirane uzorke iz 7 država Europe. Rezultati analize pokazali su da Hrvatska najlošije iskorištava potencijale digitalnih komunikacijskih kanala na temu materijalne oporabe komunalnog otpada što potvrđuje hipotezu rada.
Abstract (english)
Waste, especially municipal waste, is becoming a growing problem, but with the use of available digital communication channels, the level of awareness of this problem is daily increasing. Digital communication channels allow rapid exchange of useful information (information on new approaches, technological solutions, etc.) in the fight to lower the amount of waste. The importance of sharing information, more precisely the availability of material recovery information for municipal waste is one of many solutions to the problem of waste. The aim of this master thesis is analysis of the application of digital communication channels for material waste recovery. Using scientific methods and available scientific literature in fields of mechanical engineering and informatics, as well as online sources, an analysis was conducted on 6 data categories for 6 digital communication channels for a defined sample from 7 countries in Europe. Results of the analysis showed that Croatia is the worst in using digital communication channels potential on the material recovery of municipal waste, which confirms the hypothesis of the master thesis.
