Abstract
U završnom radu je opisana izrada bočnog reduktora za traktor sa svim elementima, od poluproizvoda do gotovog sklopa. Pojašnjeni su procesi obrade, nabrojani su i objašnjeni neki postupci strojne obrade, izrađen je proračun zupčanika u programu MechSoft-PROFI UniTools 2.5, izrada programa za plazma rezanje u programu Microstep AsperWin 3.5,. Objašnjeno je sastavljanje reduktora i montaža reduktora na traktor.
Abstract (english)
The final paper describes the production of a side reducer for a tractor with all elements, from the semi-finished product to the finished assembly. Processes are explained, some machining procedures are enumerated and explained, gear calculation is made in the program MechSoft- PROFI UniTools 2.5, the creation of a program for plasma cutting in Microstep AsperWin 3.5, The assembly of the gear unit and the installation of the gear unit on the tractor.
