Abstract
U radu se opisuje zaštita od požara razredbe F s naglaskom na nova sredstva i sustave zaštite od istih. Gašenje požara ulja i masti donosi posebne opasnosti. Temperatura požara se vrlo brzo penje, a zbog nestručnog gašenja vodom može doći do eksplozije. Najčešći uzrok požara je ljudska nemarnost i zato je pravilna edukuacija vrlo bitna, pogotovo ako može doći do ljudskih žrtava. Osim poznavanja mjera zaštite od požara bitno je kako reagirati kada se dogodi požar. Pravodobnom reakcijom i dojavom možemo smanjiti širenje požara ili ga potpuno otkloniti. U radu je objašnjena problematika požara razredbe F te nova protupožarna sredstva i sustavi.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes fire protection of Class F fire with an emphasis on new fire extinguishers and systems of protection against them. Extinguishing oil and grease fires poses special dangers. The temperature of the fire rises very quickly and improper extinguishing with water may result in an explosion. The most common cause of fire is human negligence and therefore proper education is very important, especially if human victims can come. In addition to knowing fire protection measures, it is essential to know how to react when a fire occurs. By timely reaction and alert we can reduce spreading fire or completely eliminate it. This paper explains problem of Class F fire and new firefighting extinguishers and systems.
