Abstract
U završnom radu se analiziraju hotelski lanci s osvrtom na hotelski lanac Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Istaknuta su obilježja poslovanja istog kroz gradnju i konstrukciju hotela, vrste hotela Sheraton, njihovu tehnološku opremljenost, organizaciju prodaje i marketinga itd. U završnom radu se posebno analiziraju dva odabrana primjera hotela istoimenog hotelskog lanca: Sheraton Zagreb Hotel i Sheraton Prague Charles Square Hotel.
Abstract (english)
The final paper analyzes hotel chains with emphasis on the hotel chain Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Features of business activities are prominent through building and construction, types of Sheraton hotels, their technological equipment, organization of sales and marketing etc. In the final paper two selected examples of eponymous hotel chain are analyzed: Sheraton Zagreb Hotel and Sheraton Prague Charles Square Hotel.
