Abstract
Tema ovog rad je Opravdanost uvođenja plazma rezača u proizvodni proces, a sastoji se iz dva dijela, teorijskog i praktičnog.Teorijski dio rada posvećen je isključivo plazmi kao mediju i postupku rezanja plazmom. Prikazana je shema sustava za rezanje te objašnjen princip na kojem se temelji cijeli postupak, a to je prolazak plazmenog plina kroz električni luk uslijed čega dolazi do ionizacije i disocijacije plina. Također su navedene vrste plazma rezanja te plinovi koji se koriste kao i njihove mješavine.U praktičnom dijelu opisan je postupak izrade obratka na plazme rezaču sa pripadajućim troškovima za seriju od 2000 spojnica. Izrada istog obratka simulirana je na CNC glodalici za isti broj spojnica. Uspoređeni su troškovi za oba postupka te je na temelju njih donesen zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the Justification of the introduction of plasma cutters in the production process, and it consists of two parts, theoretical and practical.The theoretical part of the paper is dedicated exclusively to plasma as a medium and plasma cutting process. The scheme of the cutting system is presented and the principle on which the whole process is based is explained, which is the passage of plasma gas through the electric arc, as a result of which ionization and dissociation of the gas occur. Also mentioned are the types of plasma cutting and the gases used as well as their mixtures.The practical part describes the process of making a workpiece on a plasma cutter with the associated costs for a series of 2000 pieces. The production of the same workpiece was simulated on a CNC milling machine for the same number of pieces. The costs for both proceedings were compared and a conclusion was reached.
