Abstract
Kod ovog rada potrebno je izraditi konstrukcijsko rješenje preše za grožđe koja preša uz pomoć hidraulične dizalice. U ovom radu bit će obuhvaćene i opisane već tržišne preše koje postoje te neke od njihovih karakteristika. Kako se radi o preši za grožđe, ukratko će biti opisan sastav grožđa te kako je najbolje dobiti što bolju kvalitetu prešanja. Samo konstrukcijsko rješenje treba biti što jednostavnije da se može njime lagano upravljati. Pozornost treba obratiti na odabir materijala jer se ovdje radi da proizvod (mošt) koji se dobiva prešanjem kasnije dolazi u doticaj s ljudskim tijelom pa treba izbjeći mogućnost da dolazi do spojeva koji nisu poţeljni za ljudski organizam. Potrebno je gledati da prešu bude jednostavnije sklopiti, da proces punjenja i praţnjenja bude jednostavan. Koncept će biti razrađen u obliku 3D modela te tehnićke dokumentacije nakon što se provede potrebni proraćun.
Abstract (english)
In this thessis, it is necessary to make a design solution for a grape press that presses with the help of a hydraulic crane. This paper will cover and describe the existing market presses and some of their characteristics. As it is a grape press, the composition of grapes will be briefly described as well as how to get the best possible pressing quality. The design itself should be as simple as possible so that it can be easily operated. Attention should be paid to the choice of used materials due to later interaction of pressing product with human body since harmful compounds may occur.It is necessary to make the press easy to assemble to make the process of filling and emptying simple. The concept will be developed in the form of a 3D model and technical documentation after the necessary calculation has been carried out.
