Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada opisan je proces korozije, vrste korozije te zaštita od korozije koja se provodi. Praktični dio je vezan uz proizvodnju u tvrtki Livar d.d. koja postoji od 1954. godine i jedna je od najvećih ljevaonica u Sloveniji. Zapošljava preko 600 ljudi u dvije ljevaonice i u dvije općine. S obzirom da je u tvrtki Livar specijalizirana ljevaonica za proizvodnju proizvoda od sivog i nodularnog lijeva, napravljena je podjela ljevova s obzirom na kemijski sastav, strukturu, način proizvodnje i svojstva. U praktičnom dijelu ovoga rada opisan je proces izrade jednog proizvoda koji izrađuje tvrtka Livar, s posebnim naglaskom na antikorozijsku zaštitu.
Abstract (english)
The theoretical part of the paper describes the corrosion process, the types of corrosion and the protection against corrosion that is carried out. The experimental part is related to production in the company Livar d.d. which has existed since 1954 and is one of the largest foundries in Slovenia. It employs over 600 people in two foundries and in two municipalities. Since Livar d.d. is a specialized foundry for the production of gray and ductile iron products, a division of castings was made according to the chemical composition, structure, method of production and properties. The experimental part of this paper describes the process of making a product made by the company Livar d.d., with special emphasis on corrosion protection.
