Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjeni su i opisani glavni materijali za izradu alata. Rad se sastoji od šest glavnih dijelova , od kojih je svaki podijeljen u nekoliko manjih dijelova. U prvom dijelu opisani su brzorezni čelici kao prvi materijal od kojih su se masovno radili alati u strojarstvu. Drugi dio su cementirani karbidi ili tvrdi metali gdje je pojašnjen prijelaz sa brzoreznih čelika na same tvrde metale te svojstva i proizvodnja samih tvrdih metala. U trećem, četvrtom i petom dijelu prikazana je primjena ovih alata sa odgovarajućim geometrijama na tri glavne operacije obrade odvajanjem čestica, a to su bušenje, glodanje i tokarenje te kako se računaju sami režimi rada za svaku operaciju pojedinačno. U šestom završnom dijelu napravljen je eksperimentalni dio, na primjeru nekoliko proizvoda koji se obrađuju na CNC glodaćim strojevima te klasičnim glodaćim strojevima , te ovisno o kojem je stroju riječ, koji se alat i kako primjenjuje na njemu.
Abstract (english)
In this scientific paper, the main materials for tools that are made for machining are explained and described. The paper consists of 6 main parts and each of them is divided into several smaller parts that help to describe better the definitons and processes. The first part describes high-speed steels as the first material from which tools in mechanical engineering were mass-produced. The second part of this paper are cemented carbides(solid carbides), where is shown the transition from high-speed steels to solid carbides and the properties and production of them. The third, fourth and fifth part show the application of these tools with appropriate geometries for each of the main machining operations: drilling, milling and turning, and also how the cutting data for each operation is calculated. In the final part, a practical part was made, using the example of several products that are machined on CNC milling machines and classic milling machines, and depending on which machine it is, which tool to use and how to apply it.
