Abstract
Proces proizvodnje je jedan od najvažnijeg dijela tehnološkog procesa. Prilikom rada čovjek je izložen opasnostima. Opasnosti na radu su sve pojave koje ugrožavaju život i zdravlje zaposlenika. Da bi uklonili ili smanjili opasnost na najmanju moguću mjeru, potrebno je provoditi sigurnost i zaštitu na radu koja je sastavni dio radnog procesa i osnovni uvjet produktivnosti rada. Čovjek provede najmanje jednu trećinu života na radu pa bi već i zbog toga trebalo voditi računa o odnosu čovjeka i radne okoline. U ovom radu su prikazane značajke buke i osvjetljenja u realnom okolišu u tehnološkom procesu proizvodnje pekarskih, mesnih, slastičarskih smjesa i aditiva. Za bazu eksperimentalnog dijela izvršeno je ispitivanje razine buke i osvjetljenosti na radnim mjestima u proizvodnim pogonima prehrambene industrije Ireks Aroma d.o.o. Jastrebarsko.
Abstract (english)
The process of production is one of the most important parts of the technological process. When working man is exposed to danger. Danger at work includes all the circumstances that threaten the employees' life or health in any possible way. In order to remove or decrease any danger to the lowest possible level, it's required and necessary to conduct and maintain safty and protection at work. These both are an integral part of working process and at the same time, the basic condition of labour productivity. Most of the people spend at least one third of their lives at work, so this is one of the reasons why it is essential to take a good care about the relationship between man and the working environment. This master's thesis shows the characteristics of noise and illumination in a real working environment during the production of bakery, meat, confectionery mixtures and additives.For the base of the experimental part, research in noise levels and illumination was done in production facilities of Ireks Aroma d.o.o food industry in Jastrebarsko.
