Abstract
Prenošenje tereta danas čini važan dio svake ljudske djelatnosti zbog čega je potrebno osigurati ručna kolica koja su prije svega sigurna za rad, ali i koja će s lakoćom svladavati sve prepreke te izvršavati svoju namjenu. U ovom radu bit će prikazana konstrukcijska izvedba kolica koja imaju mogućnost pravocrtnog gibanja težišta pri prelasku preko stepenica. Također će se opisati ergonomija utovara, prijevoza i istovara tereta do 250 kg ručnim kolicima. U uvodnom dijelu reći će se osnovna svrha i zahtjevi ručnih kolica. Nastavno na to konstruirat će se sama kolica, izraditi 3D model, opisati izračun sila na ručkama kolica te dinamika samog korištenja. Naravno, prilikom izrade zadovoljit će se svi zakonski uvjeti opterećenja za čovjeka.
Abstract (english)
Carrying cargo is an important part of every human activity today, which is why it is necessary to provide handcarts that are primarily safe to work with, but that can also easily overcome all obstacles and carry out their purpose. In this paper the construction of handcarts with the possibility of rectilinear movement of the center of gravity when crossing (a flight of) stairs will be presented. The ergonomics of loading, transporting and unloading loads up to 250 kg by handcart will also be described. In the introductory part the basic purpose and requirements of handcarts will be stated. Subsequently, the stroller itself will be constructed, as well as a 3D model, and the calculation of forces on the stroller handles and the dynamics of the use will be described. Of course, all legal requirements on maximum load for humans will be met during construction.
