Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je izrada dokumentacije sukladno normi HRN EN 1090 na primjeru nosive čelične konstrukcije dvorane OŠ „KSAVER ŠANDOR GJALSKI“. Prvo će biti objašnjen postupak MIG/MAG zavarivanja u sklopu kojega će se prikazati kako koji parametar utječe na zavar što će biti važno pri izradi specifikacije postupka zavarivanja (WPS). Zatim će biti opisana norma HRN EN 1090 od izbora klase izvedbe, radioničke izrade, zavarivanja, antikorozivne zaštite, montaže te izdavanja izjave o sukladnosti i CE oznake. Na kraju će biti priloženi svi dokumenti koji su napravljeni prije, tijekom i nakon izrade konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this graduate thesis is creation of documentation in accordance with the standard HRN EN 1090 for a bearing steel structure of KSAVER ŠANDOR GJALSKI primary school's gymnasium. First, MIG/MAG welding procedure will be explained, demonstrating how different parameters affect the weld joints, which will be important for the creation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Then, the standard HRN EN 1090 will be examined, looking into performance class, production, welding, anticorrosion protection, assembly, and, finally, issuance of the certificate of compliance and the CE note. Lastly, all documents which were created before, during and after construction will be attached.
