Abstract
Ovim radom obuhvaćen je remont parne turbine, ali samo njezine dvije glavne komponente. Pod glavnim komponentama misli se na rotor i stator(dijafragme) parne turbine. Ovaj rad se pretežno temelji na do sada stečenom radnom iskustvu. Također radom su obuhvaćene inspekcije koje se obavljaju na ovim komponentama kao i načini zaštite od erozije. Ovdje se isto tako mogu vidjeti neki nesvakidašnji slučajevi koji se događaju tijekom rada turbine, te koji nisu uključeni u početna planiranje i opseg posla. Provedene radnje koje su poduzete na navedenim komponentama turbine tijekom remonta su; 1. vizualna inspekcija rotora i statora, 2. dimenzijska kontrola rotora i statora, 3. reparaturni popravci na statorskim lopaticama, 4. izmjena reda lopatica na rotoru, 5. tokarenje rotora na radilištu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describe overhaul of the steam turbine but only two major components. Major components of the steam turbine are rotor and stator. This thesis is mostly based on working experience gained so far. And also contain inspections which are performed on some components as well as ways of erosion protection. Here you can also see some unusual cases which happen during operation of steam turbine, and which are not included in itinerary plans and scope of work. The list of actions taken on turbine components during overhaul are; 1. visual inspection of rotor and stator, 2. dimension control of rotor and stator, 3. fixing stator blades, 4. replacing one stage of rotor blades, 5. rotor machining on site.
