Abstract
Mogućnost korištenja nafte te naftnih derivata uvelike je izmijenilo te unaprijedilo ljudsku civilizaciju. Djelatnosti koje se odvijaju u rafinerijama diljem svijeta, pa tako i u Rafineriji nafte Sisak ubrajaju se u rizične djelatnosti te su podložne brojnim opasnostima, posebice onim od nastanka požara i eksplozija. Područje zaštite od požara je područje ljudske djelatnosti koje se neprestano unapređuje u skladu sa tehnološkim napretkom društva. Sustav zaštita od požara Rafinerije nafte Sisak svakodnevno se suočava sa brojnim izazovima kako bi se održala te unaprijedila sigurnost objekata te ljudstva Rafinerije. U rafinerijama se razlikuju pasivni i aktivni sustavi zaštite od požara, čiji su sastavni dio stabilni te polustabilni sustavi za hlađenje i gašenje. Sve se pravne te fizičke osobe koje se na bilo koji način bave djelatnošću nafte te naftnih derivate na području Republike Hrvatske moraju redovito pridržavati svih propisanih zakonskih mjera te odredbi zaštite od požara na području države te važećih međunarodnih normi.
Abstract (english)
The possibility of using oil and petroleum products has greatly changed and improved human civilization. Activities that take place in refineries around the world, including the Sisak Oil Refinery, are considered risky activities and are subject to numerous hazards, especially those caused by fires and explosions. The field of fire protection is an area of human activity that is constantly improving in accordance with the technological progress of society. The Sisak Oil Refinery's fire protection system faces numerous challenges on a daily basis in order to maintain and improve the safety of the Refinery's facilities and personnel. The refineries distinguish between passive and active fire protection systems, of which stable and semi-stable cooling and extinguishing systems are an integral part. All legal and natural persons engaged in any activity of oil and petroleum products in the Republic of Croatia must regularly comply with all prescribed legal measures and fire protection provisions in the country and applicable international standards.
