Abstract	U završnom radu pobliže će se objasniti rad detektora koji se koriste za detekciju ionizirajućeg zračenja. Također će se opisati na koji način pomažu ljudima u obavljanju određenih zadaća vezanih za ionizirajuća zračenja, te sve ostale bitne činjenice. Pisat će se i o vrstama zračenja, njihovom korištenju u svakodnevnom životu i štetnim djelovanjima na čovjeka i ostale žive organizme.
Abstract (english)	The final paper will explain in more detail the operation of detectors used to detect ionizing radiation. It will also describe how they help people perform certain tasks related to ionizing radiation, and all other important facts. Types of radiation, their use in everyday life and harmful effects on humans and other living organisms will also be written about.
