Abstract
U ovom radu opisani su postupci proizvodnje nodularnog lijeva, reparaturno zavarivanje i saniranje greške (pukotine) na gotovom odljevku. U prvom poglavlju opisan je postupak proizvodnje nodularnog lijeva te njegov kemijski sastav, svojstva i mikrostruktura. Prikazani su prednosti i nedostaci lijevanja nodularnog lijeva, kroz svojstava i usporedbu s drugim lijevovima. Drugo poglavlje ukratko opisuje reparaturno zavarivanje nodularnog lijeva, postupci zavarivanja kod odljevaka od nodularnog lijeva. Eksperimentalni dio rada opisan je u trećem poglavlju. Opisuje provjeru ispravnosti odljevka kućišta od nodularnog lijeva te saniranje pukotine na odljevku. Odljevak je uspješno saniran, tlačno ispitivanje je bilo prema zadanim standardima.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the procedures for the production of ductil iron, repair welding and recovery of defects (cracks) on the finished casting. The first chapter describes the methods of production of the ductile iron and it's chemical composition, properties and microstructure. The adventages and disadventages of casting the ductile iron are presented, through properties and comparison with other irons. The secend chapter briefly describes the repair welding of ductile iron, welding procedure sin casting of ductile iron. The experimental part of work is presented in the third chapter. Describes checking the correctness of casting the case from ductile iron and repairing the crack in the casting. The casting was successfully repaired, the pressure test was according to the standards.
