Abstract
Ergonomija je znanost koja obuhvaća sadržaj više znanstvenih disciplina u jednu cjelinu. Zadatak ergonomije je prilagođavanje rada čovjeku u smislu prilagođavanja strojeva i alata, koji moraju biti izvedeni tako da uvažavaju anatomske, fiziološke i psihofiziološke karakteristike čovjeka, zatim prilagođavanje metoda rada u odnosu na radne položaje i pokrete, podjelu rada, organizaciju i sredstva za rad i prilagođavanje uvjeta radne okoline. U potrazi za idealnim ergonomskim rješenjima, tvrtke vode računa o zdravlju svojih zaposlenika, te uz tehnička rješenja na tržištu, također permanentno istražuju i traže rješenja za poboljšanje uvjeta rada, a samim time i povećanje zadovoljstva djelatnika. Kako bi se pobliže upoznali sa problematikom ergonomije, točnije njenom primjenom u logistici, u ovom završnom radu su kroz poglavlja razjašnjeni osnovni pojmovi logistike i ergonomije, počevši od definicija i osnovnih primjena, važnosti pa i načina provođenja načela ergonomije u skladišnim poslovima.
Abstract (english)
Ergonomics is a science that encompasses the content of several scientific disciplines into one whole. The task of ergonomics is to adapt work to man in terms of adapting machines and tools, which must be designed to respect the anatomical, physiological and psychophysiological characteristics of man, then adapting work methods in relation to work positions and movements, division of labor, organization and means of work and adaptation working environment conditions. In search of ideal ergonomic solutions, companies take care of the health of their employees, and in addition to technical solutions on the market, they also constantly research and seek solutions to improve working conditions, and thus increase employee satisfaction. In order to get acquainted with the problem of ergonomics, more precisely its application in logistics, in this final paper the chapters clarify the basic concepts of logistics and ergonomics, starting with definitions and basic applications, importance and manner of implementing the principles of ergonomics in warehousing.
