Abstract
Poduzetništvo je važan segment svakog gospodarstva. Važnost poduzetništva očituje se u mnogobrojnim čimbenicima kao što su: ekonomski, tehnološki, sociološki te društveni. Poduzetništvo donosi općem blagostanju društva, razvijanju i jačanju nacionalne ekonomije, te povećava životni standard stanovništva u cjelini. Poduzetništvo je proces ulaganja resursa u neku poslovnu aktivnost radi ostvarivanja određenih poslovnih i drugih učinaka. Poduzetnik je osoba koja se bavi poduzetništvom, osoba koja ne obavlja uhodane zadatke već je uvijek inovator koji na vlastiti rizik uvodi nove proizvodne kombinacije na osnovi nove tehnologije i nove organizacije. Svrha ovog rada, upravo je sagledati osobine, vještine i ponašanja poduzetnika koje ga čine uspješnim, koje mu pomažu da prepozna i iskoristi prilike u okruženju. Poduzetnički projekt izraditi će se na primjeru fitness centra „Agram“.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship is an important segment of every economy. The importance of entrepreneurship is manifested in numerous factors such as: economic, technological, sociological and social. Entrepreneurship contributes to the general well-being of society, the development and strengthening of the national economy, and increases the standard of living of the population as a whole. Entrepreneurship is the process of investing resources in a business activity in order to achieve certain business and other effects. An entrepreneur is a person who is engaged in entrepreneurship, a person who does not perform established tasks, but is always an innovator who introduces new production combinations based on new technology and new organization at his own risk. The purpose of this work is to look at the characteristics, skills and behaviors entrepreneurs who make him successful, who help him to recognize and take advantage of opportunities in the environment. The entrepreneurial project will be created on the example of the "Agram" fitness center.
