Abstract
Mlijeko je glavni kozji proizvod. Koze se smatraju preživačima i hrane se sa voluminoznim vrstama hrane. Ako imaju pravilnu ishranu može se značajno istaknuti genetski potencijal životinje baš kao i kakva je razina njihove proizvodnje. Cilj ovog rada je bio istražiti kakvoću kozjeg mlijeka na obiteljskim gospodarstvima. Analizu kemijskog sastava mlijeka određivali smo iz tri različita uzorka mlijeka kroz cijelu godinu. Uzorci su bili iz različitih područja i različite ishrane koza. Vidljivo je da na kvalitetu mlijeka utječe više čimbenika, od ishrane koza, laktacije, te ostalih čimbenika poput vremena i starosti koza.
Abstract (english)
Milk is the main goat product. Goats are considered ruminants and feed on voluminous types of food. If they have a proper diet, the genetic potential of the animal can be significantly emphasized, as well as the level of their production. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of diet on milk quality. We determined the analysis of the chemical composition of milk from three different milk samples throughout the year. The samples were from different areas and different goat diets. It is evident that the quality of milk is affected by several factors, from the diet of goats, lactation, and other factors such as time and age of goats.
