Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se ispitivanjem kemijske postojanosti nitriranih uzoraka, odnosno otpornosti istih prema površinskoj ili rupičastoj koroziji. Cilj je otkriti koliko je, zapravo, nitritana povrština otporna na agresivna korozivna sredstva. Ispitni uzorci nitrirani su klasično, plazmom i kratkotrajno kompleksno a ispitujemo i ne-nitrirani uzorak. Uzorci su izrađeni od čelika za za nitriranje Č4739 (34CrAlMo5). Rezultati ispitivanja u agresivnim medijima: sumpornoj i klorovodičnoj kiselini dati će nam uvid u kemijsku postojanost uzoraka i otpornost istih na koroziju.
Abstract (english)
This thesis involves the study and testing of the chemical endurance of nitrated samples towards the surface and pitting corrosion. The goal is to discover how durable the nitraded surface subjected to agressive corrosive media is. Test samples are nitraded classically, in plazma and by short-complex nitriding; we test non nitraded samples aswell. Samples are made from nitriding steel 34CrAlMo5. The results of our test in agressive media including Sulphuric and Hydrochloric acid will give us an insight into chemical ressistance of tested samples and corrosion durability.
