Abstract
Za upravljanje ralicom Ultra Low Profile, skraćeno ULP, dozerskog stroja pokretanog električnom energijom, odnosno elektromotorima, odabran je par električnih aktuatora. Dozer je predviđen za rad u rudniku platine. Prilikom testiranja dozera u realnim uvjetima u svega sat vremena rada došlo je do kvara na sklopu alata (dozerske ralice). Ustanovljeno je da je do nemogućnosti daljnjeg rada došlo zbog blokiranja („zacvikavanja“) akutatora. Otkrivši uzrok zastoja, a u svrhu sprječavanja mogućih problema u budućoj eksploataciji, odlučeno je analizirati postojeće aktuatore. Ciljevi rada: 1. Provesti analizu blokiranih aktuatora, te provesti planska testiranja u cilju utvrđivanja uzroka blokiranja aktuatora. 2. Predložiti konstrukcijska rješenja koja bi mogla riješiti problem blokiranja aktuatora
Abstract (english)
A pair of electric actuators are used to control Ultra Low Profile Dozer's blade tool. ULP dozer is powered with electric energy which is stored in batteries and delivered to electric engines. Dozer is designed to work in a platinum mine. While testing dozer in real conditions in less than one working hour the blade control stopped working. Conducted inspection led to the conclusion that the actuators were blocked. In order to prevent possible problems in the future exploitation, it was decided to analyze the existing actuators. The objectives: 1. Conduct an analysis of blocked actuator, the planned conduct tests in order to determine the cause of blocked actuators. 2. Propose design solutions that could solve the problem of blocked actuators
