Abstract
Ovaj rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela u kojem su objašnjeni pojmovi upravljanja i održavanja infrastrukturnih objekata (eng. Facility Management) i opisana su važnija područja djelatnosti, dok je u eksperimentalnom dijelu obrađno unaprjeđenje upravljanja pomoću programskog rješenja namijenjenog FM-u. Teorijski dio nas uvodi u problematiku FM-a. Objašnjeno je značenje Facility Managementa. Objašnjeni su pojmovi imovine, ugovora o upravljanju te je dan uvid u bitnije aktivnosti Facility Managementa. U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisani su ključni segmenti programa koji je kreiran za potrebe pružanja FM usluga. Prikazalo se više različitih primjera procesa čije je izvršavanje značajno pojednostavljeno radom u programu. Navedeni su primjeri dodatnog unaprjeđenja programa kojima će se podići kvaliteta pružene usluge.
Abstract (english)
This disertation consists of a theoretical part, that explains the terms of management and maintenance of infrastructural facilities (Facility Management). Theoretical part describes some of the FM activities, while experimental part is dealing with improvements due to the help of the solutions generated with the management program. The theoretical part introduces us to the core problems of FM. It gives the definition of the Facility Management. Concepts as property and management contract are explained and an insight into important acitivities of Facility Management has been given. The experimental part describes the key parts of the program created for the monitoring of FM services. A number of different examples of the processes whose execution was significantly simplified using the program is shown. Examples of additional program improvements that will raise the quality of the service provided are also displayed.
