Abstract | Tema završnog rada je Svojstva i primjena polimernih materijala i njihova
oporaba u Hrvatskoj. Kod polimera posebno su zanimljiva mehanička svojstva koja
se dijele na kratkotrajna i dugotrajna svojstva i ona će biti opisana u nastavku ovog
rada.
Postoji nekoliko čimbenika koji utječu na mehanička svojstva, a to su
temperatura, vlaga, brzina deformiranja i trajanje opterećenja.
Razvoj i primjena polimernih materijala ima vrlo širok aspekt gledanja, jer se
polimeri primjenjuju u svakodnevnom životu. Primjeri prirodnih polimera su
polisaharidi, DNA, RNA, celuloza, škrob, dok u sintetske polimere spadaju vlakna,
plastika, gume, premazi, boje i ljepila.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu ovog rada provodi se statički vlačni pokus na
standardnim ispitnim uzorcima, odnosno epruvetama, koje su normiranog oblika i
dimenzija, napravljene iz lauramida, polipropilena (PP) i poli(oksi-metilena) (POM).
Nakon ispitivanja provedena je usporedba materijala obzirom na zahtijevana
svojstva. Posebno se obrađuje oporaba polimernih materijala u Hrvatskoj. |
Abstract (english) | The theme of this work is Properties and usage of polymer materials and their
recycling in Croatia. Particularly interesting with polymers are their mechanical
properties, which are divided into short and long term performance and they will be
described later in this paper.
There are several things that influence their mechanical properties, and these
are temperature, moist, speed of deformation and duration of resistance.
Development and usage of polymer materials has very wide aspect of usage,
because polymers are used in every day life. Example of natural polymers are
polysaccharides, DNA, RNA, cellulose, starch, fibers, rubber, plastics, coats, colors
and glues.
In the experimental part of this work we conduct a static tensile test on
standard examples, that is on tubes, which have standard shape and dimension, and
are made from lauramid, polypropylene and polyoxymethylene.
After the experiment has been made, we have made a comparison of
materials with respect to their complicated properties. We need to put emphasis on
recycling of polymer materials in Croatia. |
