Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu ovog Završnog rada ukratko je opisan jedan od najzastupljenijih postupaka obrade odvajanja čestica, a to je glodanje. Daljnjom razradom glodanja dolazimo i do dijela o samom alatu za glodanje, što je ujedno i tema ovog Završnog rada. Tu nailazimo na razne podijele glodala počevši od načina stezanja, načina izvedbe pa sve do materijala rezne oštrice glodala. Zaključak ove teme govori o važnosti alata za glodanje uslijed nastavka svijetske modernizacije, s ciljem povećanja produktivnosti te točnosti obrade.
Abstract (english)
In the preamble of this thesis, it is shortly desribed one of the most represented operation for metal cutting, which is milling. In elaboration about milling, it is written about milling cutter which is at the same time subject matter of this thesis. Further, there are specified various divisions of milling cutter, beginning with clamping methods, performances and materials used in manufacturing the blade for milling cutter. In the conclusion of these thesis, it is written about importance of milling cutter due to world modernization of industry, aiming to increase productivity and precision of production.
