Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada su nekonvencionalni postupci obrade materijala odnošenjem. U uvodnom dijelu nabrojani su postupci obrade materijala odvajanjem čestica i klasifikacija postupaka. Nadalje su detaljno opisana četiri različita nekonvencionalna postupka obrade materijala. Opisani su redom: obrada laserom, obrada plazmom, obrada abrazivnim vodenim mlazom, te elektroerozijska obrada žicom. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada je opisana konkretna obrada materijala na različitim strojevima, korištenjem već spomenutih postupaka obrade. Zaključak se bazira na iznošenju činjenica koje proizlaze iz eksperimentalnog zadatka kako bi se opisale prednosti i nedostaci pojedinog procesa obrade.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this thesis are unconventional machining processes. In the introductory section there is a list of the machining processes and their classification. Further are in detail described four of different unconventional machining process. Described order: laser cutting, plasma cutting, abrasive water jet cutting and electrical discharge machining by wire. In the experimental part of this thesis is described the specific machining processes of matherials on different machines, using the previously mentioned processing operations. The conclusion is based on presenting the facts arising from the experimental task to describe advanteges and disadvantages of each machining process.
