Abstract
Rad počinje opisom poduzeća OMCO Croatia d.o.o. kao članica velikog koncerna OMCO Internacional. Opis poduzeća sastoji se od prikazivanja povijesti, organizacije te proizvodnog asortimana poduzeća OMCO Croatia d.o.o. Nakon opisa poduzeća OMCO Croatia opisat će se tehnološki proces izrade kalupa. Unutar tog opisa nalaze se navedene operacije potrebne za dobivanje kalupa. U glavnom djelu rada razradit ćemo izradu gravure u programu Creo2. Jedan dio odnosi se na izradu gravure u programu AutoCad Mechanical 2012 te ubacivanje gravure unutar programa Creo2 dok se drugi dio odnosi na izradu 3D gravure u programu Creo2. U završnom djelu nakon izrade gravure, razrađuje se program u Mastercam X6 te izrada gravure na stroju NH 4000 proizvođača Mori Seiki. Fazona kalupa se ručno polira (obrađuje) te izrađuje odlijev modela s gravurom koji predstavlja stvarni izgled boce.
Abstract (english)
The work begins with a description of company OMCO Croatia doo as a member of a group OMCO Internacional. Company description consists of displaying the history, organization and product of company OMCO Croatia doo. After describing the company OMCO Croatia I will describe the technological process of making moulds. Within this description are operations that are required to make a mould. In the main part of the final work I will elaborate making engravings in the program Creo2. One part relates to the production of engravings in AutoCAD Mechanical 2012 and insertion engraving in the program Creo2 while the second part relates to the production of 3D engraving in the program Creo2. After making engraving its elaborates the program in Mastercam X6 and making engraving on the machine NH4000 manufacturer Mori Seiki. Mould cavity is manually polished (processes) and creates outside shape of 3D model with engraving that represents the actual appearance of the bottle.
